"海上苏东"绿色发展战略研究

从江苏海洋经济的有效发展、可持续发展、与经济社会整体的协调发展及其推广价值等方面阐述了实施"海上苏东"绿色发展战略的意义,从海洋环境、海洋初级生产力、海洋渔业资源、沿海滩涂湿地等方面较全面分析了"海上苏东"工程建设的生态效应。文章提出了实施"海上苏东"绿色发展战略的战略措施,一是制定和实施"海上苏东"绿色发展战略行动方案,二是调整海洋经济产业结构,三是调整海洋经济发展的运作机制。

Study on the green development strategy of "Maritime Su Dong"

The article deals with the significance to implement the "Maritime Su Dong" green development strategy in the respects of the effective and sustainable and harmonious development with the whole Jiangsu economy presents and its publicity value. This article presents in detail the (ecological) effects of "Maritime Su Dong" project on the marine environment, marine primary production, marine fishery resources and marine (wetlands). The article deals with the strategic measure to be carried out the project. First,to make the plans and implement the practical program of "Maritime Su Dong", and second, to adjust the industry structure of marine economy, and thirdly, to adjust the operation mechanism of the marine economic development.
