| 摘 要： | 气象灾害损失的形成是自然变异因素与社会经济因素交互作用的结果。由于自然地理特征与社会经济发展水平在区域之间的差异性,气象灾害损失的区域性差异是十分显著的。而重要的是,预防和控制气象灾害损失的关键,首先就在于了解人口分布、经济增长、教育与科技发展以及环境保护等因素对气象灾害损失的影响程度究竟如何。为此,采用国家统计局和中国气象局的最新统计数据,对区域气象灾害损失与各个社会经济因素变量之间的关系进行了实证分析,并得出了若干重要的结论。
