摘    要:采用氧低温等离子体技术对细旦涤纶进行改性以提高其染色上染率,并探讨了氧等离子体放电时间、放电气压和放电功率对细旦涤纶各项性能的影响规律。

Abstract:In order to improve the dye up-take of fine-PET,this study uses low-temp.oxygen plasma to modify the fine-PET.The law of effects of plasma treatment time.gas pressure,discharge power on fine-PET's properties was discussed.The results show that the dye up-take increased by 17% under the best technological condition,so the pollutant discharge quantity can be decreased greatly and it is a clean-process beneficial to environment protection.The aging effect experiment illustrated that the wettability of fine-PET did not decrease with the passage of tinm.
