| Abstract: | This paper introduces the 3S technology and its current application in the concerning system.Based on the measures of obtaining the information of air quality in Yuzhong district of Chongqing during the eighth and ninth five year plans,it discusses the necessity and applicablility of the establishment of environment information system in the given district.It also provides a basic frame and the functions of the information system grounded on the 3S technology. |
