摘    要:采用SUMMA罐采样、GC-FID技术分析了威海市渔具、造船和橡胶等6种典型行业代表企业废气中59种非甲烷碳氢化合物(NMHCs)组分及占比,并计算了各行业NMHCs的臭氧(O3)和二次有机气溶胶(SOA)生成潜势,提出了NMHCs治理建议.结果表明,涉及溶剂使用的渔具、造船、汽车制造业喷涂工序的NMHCs组分以芳香烃为主,橡胶和化工行业以芳香烃和烷烃为主,光纤制造业以烷烃为主.不同行业喷涂废气特征成分存在差异,渔具喷涂废气主要组分为甲苯和邻二甲苯,造船喷涂废气主要组分为邻二甲苯、乙苯和间/对二甲苯,汽车制造喷漆废气主要组分为二乙苯、1,2,4-三甲苯和1,2,3-三甲苯,甲基环己烷和甲苯分别是橡胶和化工行业的主要组分,异丁烷和异戊烷是光纤行业的主要组分.研究结果可为构建当地典型行业NMHCs成分谱、精准制定控制O3和PM2.5污染的NMHCs优先减排行业提供基础和参考依据.

Abstract:In this study, we used SUMMA tank sampling and Gas Chromatography Flame Ionization Detector (GC-FID) to analyze 59 components and proportion of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) in the waste gas of representative enterprises in Weihai, including 6 typical industries, e.g. fishing gear, shipbuilding, rubber and so forth. The potential of ozone (O3) and secondary organic aerosol (SOA) generation in various industries were calculated and effective control strategies were also proposed. The results showed that aromatic hydrocarbons were the predominant NMHCs emitted from spraying processes involving solvent-using fishing gear, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing. Aromatic hydrocarbons and alkanes were the major constituents observed from the rubber and chemical industries, and alkanes were the main component in the optical fiber manufacturing industry. Different industries involved in spraying have different emission characteristic. Toluene and o-xylene were the main components in the spraying of fishing gear. O-xylene, ethylbenzene and m/xylene were the most frequently monitored species in the spraying of shipbuilding, while the NMHCs species emitted from the spraying of automotive paint were characterized by high contents of diethylbenzene. 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene and 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene. Methylcyclohexane and toluene were the main species in the rubber and chemical industry respectively, while isobutane and isopentane were the most abundant species in the optical fiber industry. Based on these results, the local typical industry NMHCs source profiles could be constructed. Furthermore, we provided factual researches and references for accurately formulating the NMHCs emission reduction industry in priority that could controlled O3 and PM2.5 pollution.
