川藏铁路雅林段工程施工质量风险研究

摘    要:为有效控制施工质量风险、保障工程施工质量安全,提出基于质量功能配置(QFD)和直觉模糊集的施工质量风险影响因素(CQRF)的重要度分析方法。首先,应用QFD方法充分识别工程质量特性(EQC)与CQRF;其次,基于G1法和熵值法,构建主客观结合的组合赋权模型;然后,基于模糊语言术语与直觉模糊集,构建模糊环境中CQRF的综合重要度评估模型;最后,通过该模型分析EQC基本重要度、CQRF基本重要度与两者关联度,确定川藏铁路雅林段工程建设过程中各CQRF的综合重要度。结果表明:QFD法能够找出CQRF;川藏铁路雅林段工程施工质量风险的科学管控应着重于施工人员综合素质、工程材料质量检验与把控、工程施工难度和复杂地质条件等4方面。

Abstract:In order to effectively control risk of construction quality and guarantee quality and safety,an importance analysis method based on QFD and intuitionistic fuzzy set was proposed.Firstly,QFD method was used to fully identify engineering quality characteristics(EQC)and construction quality risk factors(CQRF).Secondly,a subjective and objective combination weight model was constructed based on G1 method and entropy value method.Then,a comprehensive importance evaluation model of risk factors in fuzzy environment was developed on the basis of fuzzy language terms and intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Finally,the model was applied to analyze basic importance of EQC,that of risk factors and their correlation degree,and comprehensive importance of risk factors was determined in construction process of Yalin section of Sichuan-Tibet railway.The results show that QFD method can define key influencing of CQRF,and scientific management and control in construction of Yalin section should focus on four aspects:comprehensive quality of constructors,quality inspection and control of engineering materials,construction difficulty and complex geological conditions.
