2002年7-10月国内安全事故数据

统计了2002年7-10月国内发生的各种安全事故1231起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占63.1%,平均每天6.5起事故,其次是交通事故(18.6%)、其他事故(6.0%)、爆炸事故(4.8%)、毒物泄露和中毒(4.1%)、火灾(3.3%).1231起事故共死亡2 773人,伤3 206人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故48.9%、交通事故34.5%、其他事故8.3%、爆炸事故3.8%、泄露中毒2.8%、火灾1.7%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故51.7%、泄露中毒19.1%、矿业事故12.2%、其他事故8.1%、爆炸事故7.0%、火灾1.9%.

STATISTICS OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS IN CHINA DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY TO OCTOBER IN 2002

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to October in 2002. There are 1 231 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories (Tables 1~6): mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 1 231 accidents, the percentages of the six categories are 63.1%, 18.6%, 4.8%, 4.1%, 3.3%, and 6.0% respectively. The total casualty is 2 773 and the percentages for the six categories are 48.9%, 34.5%, 3.8%, 2.8%, 1.7%, and 8.3% respectively. The number of the wounded is 3 206 and the percentages for the six categories are 12.2%, 51.7%, 7.0%, 19.1%, 1.9%, and 8.1% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top eleven provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(187 accidents), Hunan(142), Chongqing(98), Liaoning(78), Shaanxi(76), Guizhou(70), Hebei(52), Heilongjiang(42), Jilin(40), Guangdong(38), and Henan(38). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Hunan(278 dead), Sichuan(266), Guizhou(265), Chongqing(206), Liaoning(127), Henan(121), Heilongjiang(119), Shanxi(117), Shaanxi(115), and Guangdong(107). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Hunan(383 wounded), Guangdong(371), Chongqing(214), Guizhou(194), Guangxi(188), Gansu(143), Sichuan(141), Zhejiang(127), Jiangsu(126), and Hubei(123).
