| Abstract: | The cooking oil fume pollution becomes more and more serious with the fast development of the restaurant business. The paper discussed the current status of the cooking oil fume pollution control, and studied the new and efficient technology theory for cooking oil fume purification. Sequentially the economic and practical equipment for cooking oil fume purification has been developed. It has broken a new path for controlling cooking oil fume pollution in China. |
