军用飞机机载设备环境实测技术研究

摘    要:为解决装备可靠性试验、环境试验、新产品设计以及修订相应环境标准中缺乏装备环境应力实测数据的问题,通过技术论证和探索研究,开展了系列军用飞机机载设番环境的飞行实测工作,取得了实测机种典型任务剖面中的机载设备环境状态,掌握了有关设番舱的综合环境应力情况,从而为进一步编制飞机机载设备综合环境应力试验剖面提供了真实有效的实测数据依据。积累了飞机机载设备环境实测的经验,为我国军用飞机机载设备环境应力数据库的建设奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to solve the shnrtage of the environmental stress data obtained from field-test in reliability test of equipment, environmental test, new prnduet design as well as the revision of corresponding environmental standards, through technical demonstration and exploratory research, the flight test of airborne equipment was conducted for some military aircraft series. The typical environmental condition of airborne equipment was ohtained. The combined environmental stress level of equipment cabin was grasped. Furthermore, the reliable testing data was offered to compile combined environmental stress lest-profile for aircraft airborne equipment. It has established the foundalion of environmental stress database construction for the military aircraft airborne equipment in China.
