基于Web的环境影响评价信息系统的研究与开发

为了满足信息社会中环境影响评价的发展要求 ,实现环境影响评价的信息发布与资源共享 ,并提高环境影响评价的工作效率 ,本文提出了一种基于 Web的环境影响评价信息处理方式。文中详细分析了环境影响评价工作程序及数据的需求与处理。在此基础上 ,提出了一套技术方案 ,并设计实现了基于 Web的环境影响评价信息系统。它为信息社会的环评工作提出了一个全新的思路

Research and Development of Information System on Environment Impact Assessment Based on Web

A method of information treatment about Environment Impact Assessment based on web is put forward in this paper meet rapidly increasing needs of information society.Information and resource are provided to Internet visitors,and working efficiency is increased by the method.The procedure of environment impact assessment and the requirement and disposal of the related data are analyzed in this paper.On the basis of the analysis,a technological scheme is put forward,and information system of environment impact assessment based on web is designed and realized.A new way of the environment impact assessment in information society is put forward in this paper.
