| 摘 要： | 应用交通部标准ＪＴ２０１４－８９“溢油分散技术条件”，通过大量的试验数据，寻找出不同温度、盐度和消油剂与原油配比不同时乳化率的变化规律，绘制出乳化率的变化曲线，并对中国海上溢油应急处理过程中消油剂的使用进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The effect of temperature salinity and crude oil-to-dispersant ratio on the efficiency of emulsification is studied according to the standard method of the Ministry of Communications,i.e.the specification for oil spill dispersant.Based on a great deal of experimental data,the curves of the efficiency of emulsification changes under various of experimental conditions have been drawn.The effective use of oil dispersant in oil spill contingency to protect the marine environment has been discussed. |
