| 摘 要： | 为进一步开发利用红景天，用光度法和ESR对红景天提取物的抗氧化性能进行了研究。结果表明，红景天提取物对羟自由基、香烟烟气自由基的清除率分别达74．8％、21．5％，对脂质过氧化的抑制率为70．1％，表明红景天具有很好的抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the further exploration of Rhodiola crenulate H.ohba extract, antioxidant action of Rhodiola crenu;ate H. ohba extracts, antioxidant of Rhodiola crenulate H. ohba extracts were studied by photometricmethod and ESR method. Result showed eliminating persentage to hydroxide free radical, free radical of cigarette smoke was up to 74.8 %, 21.5 %, inhibitory effect on peroxidafion was 70.1%, so Rhodiola crenulate H. ohba extract had finer antioxidant. |
