| Abstract: | In this paper, the quality of fuels and additive, result of vehicle emissions and the world wide methods of fuel-cleaning have been discussed, and comparing the situations in China with other countries. The relationship between fuel quality and its impact on human health were emphasized. Additionally, some new technologies about fuel additives, fuel-cleaning and substitution were introduced. |
