摘    要:本文旨在研究固体粉尘在自由空间中爆炸压力场的分布。进行了复合粉尘燃料和液体燃料环氧丙烷的爆炸实验,利用压力传感器和高速摄影,获得了在自由空间中的压力实测数据,并对数据进行了详细地分析处理,得到了典型的超压曲线以及高速摄影图片。研究表明:粉尘云雾爆炸的超压峰值较大,在云雾区内压力存在相对低压区,超压持续时间远比液体环氧丙烷长。

Abstract:The paper presents an experimental investigation on the pressure field of dust clouds explosion in free air. The parameters of blast field based on the multinary solid dust ignition explosive are measured by the technology of pressure sensors and high-speed photo. The over-pressure curves, and high-speed photos of dust explosive test and liquid-PO test are presented. The experimental results show that the over-pressure peak of dust clouds explosion is great. In the dust clouds there is a section where the pressure is lower than the pressure at the central and verge of dust clouds. The effectible time of the dust clouds explosion is much larger than that of the liquid PO clouds.
