天津市工业源污染物排放标准的优选

环境标准作为改善环境质量行之有效的手段,是实施污染减排的重要途径。针对天津市地方污染物排放标准的现状及问题,以天津市工业污染源为研究对象,从大气和水两方面入手,采用系统的数据分析方法,甄选出大气、水污染物中贡献率较大的行业以及特征污染因子的典型污染行业,从而提出天津市地方污染物排放标准制定的方向。

Optimization of Tianjin Industrial Pollutants Discharge Standards

As an effective means of improving environmental quality,environmental standard is an important way to implement pollution reduction.According to the pollution discharge standard situation and problem of Tianjin,industrial pollution source was set as main research target.From the two aspects of air and water,typical polluting industries were selected out through pollution contribution analysis for each industry,then from the perspective of main pollution factors,new research was made to clearly define the typical polluting industry.Last,the basic ideas of local pollution discharge standard in Tianjin were put forward.
