铁合金电炉烟尘的性质与低温固结研究

摘    要:本文研究了硅铁电炉布袋除尘收集的烟尘性能,烟尘低温固结球团的性能和工艺方法。研究结果表明,硅铁电炉烟尘中SiO2 约占90 - 95 % ,其它组分含量较低,有利于进行回收利用。烟尘密度小、粒度细、表面活性差、成球性能差。采用添加粘结剂进行自然养护和低温固结处理,均能获得强度较好的固结球团,能够加入铁合金炉回收利用。

Abstract:The properties and low temperature solidity technology of smoke dust for ferrosilicon electric furnace were investigated It was shown that SiO 2 content in smoke dust is about 90-95% and other ingredients are low It is useful to recovery smoke dust The smoke dust has the properties of low density,fine grain,low activity and difficult to be granulated Such smoke dust can be used for making pellets with good strength as raw material of ferrosilicon smelting by adding binders for furnace preservation and conducting low temperature solidification
