| 摘 要： | 针对TFT-LCD生产中存在的环保问题，主要分析了无机废气产生的原因及其毒害性，分析了主要生产工艺中有毒有害废气的种类，通过工程实例验证其治理工艺的有效性，并指出国家在面对TFT-LCD行业迅猛发展的同时，应加强标准建设和污染物迭标排放管理，以突破这一瓶颈而实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the environment problem of TFT-LCD production,the reasons of generating inorganic waste gas and its harm were mainly analyzed.It also discussed the kinds of the waste and toxic gas in the production process,and proved the validity of the treatment process by the engineering.As the rapid development of TFT-LCD,our country should strengthen standardization construction and pollutants discharge management in order to realize sustainable development in the TFT-LCD. |
