| Abstract: | Through introduction of key control points of conformity elements of standard and the requirements of CCPS for this element and comparison of actions and gap among refinery enterprises at home and abroad in this element, this paper raises the suggestion in five per- spectives： building writing procedure, defining the persons in charge, monitoring change, conformance evaluation and training for refinery enterprises in China. |
