摘    要:泥石流、滑坡、崩塌等地质灾害的发生除与地质、地貌等因子有关外,降水是最主要的诱发因子。因此在确定的地质环境背景下,降水情况已成为地质灾害预报的主要依据。给出了一套完整的基于降水对地质灾害进行预报预警的系统体系,并详细介绍了利用现有的PSTN(Pub lic Sw itch Telephone Net公共电话交换网),通过短信方式实现数据传输的灾害信息监测系统的设计方案,给出了各部分原理框图及数据传输模式。

Abstract:In addition to geological conditions and landform,rainfall is the primary factor of the geological disaster,such as mud-rock flow,landslide and slope collapse.Therefore,based on the determinate geological conditions,the observation of precipitation becomes the main method of geological disaster forecast.A complete system of geological disaster forecast is given based on the precipitation and the design of the system,which transfer data by short messages by using the existing PSTN,is introduced in detail.The different parts of principle frame chart and data transfer model are presented also.
