糖矿浆尿素复合秸杆处理剂的应用研究

摘    要:用处理造纸废液的资源化产品──精矿浆与尿素混合处理秸杆,可提高秸杆作为家畜饲料的利用率。本实验用绵羊瘤胃内48h干物质消失率(DMdp)作为对家畜可利用程度的指标。用河北涿州市造纸厂的糖矿浆处理的稻草干物质消失率提高了40%,中性洗涤纤维含量降低了22.6%。稻草和玉米杆经糖矿浆尿素混合处理后饲喂绵羊日增重较氨化秸杆分别提高了22.8%和9.25%。

Abstract:new straw feed has been developed by using amineral saccharide, a filtrate left from straw pulping 'black liquor after recovering liqnin andchemicals from it I to treat crop stalks mixed withurea, resulting in an increased utility of cropstalks as domestic animal feed. The mineral saccharide was found to be rich in amino acids, rawproteins, essential elements and saccharides, tocomply with the national standards (GB 1307891) for feed hygiene, and to enable providing asource of nutrients for domestic animal and erecting straw due to its residual alkalinity. The 48hours dry matter disappearance (DMdp) in theremen of sheep was used as an indicator of strawavailabity for animal. Rice straw had a DMdp increased by 40% and a NDF (Neutral fletergentFiber) reduced by 22. 6%, when tile straw waserected with the mineral saccharide from theZhuozhou Paper Mill in Hebi Province. By feeding the rice and maize straw,treated with the mineral saccharide, sheep had a dally weight increase by 22. 8% and 9. 25%, respectively, ascompared to those treated with ammonia.
