| 摘 要： | 在综合分析制约乌鲁木齐经济圈城市(群)快速发展建设影响因素的基础上,介绍了乌鲁木齐经济圈未来持续发展可采取的发展模式,同时基于乌鲁木齐经济圈当前发展的具体情况,提出并详细叙述了当前该地区社会经济发展建设的新思路,结合区域未来经济发展趋势,从生态文明发展的角度构建城市(群)建设的新轨道,探索一种适合自身的新的经济发展模式,为乌鲁木齐经济圈以及其他生态脆弱地区的城市(群)未来规划和发展建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive analysis on factors that restraining the development of Urumqi economic circle , this study introduced the sustainable development model for Urumqi economic circle .Meanwhile, the new suggestions for the rapid de-velopment of the regional economy were put forward and described in detail, considering the specific conditions for the develop-ment of Urumqi economic circle.A new economic development mode were explored from the eco -civilization perspective, com-bined with the future development tendency of region economy , in order to provide the reference for Urumqi economic circle and ecologically fragile areas to speed up the future urban planning and development. |
