| Abstract: | The foundational guideline of Chinese environmental protection is to coorclinate environmental protection with economic construction and social development. This paper acouts approximately economic losses caused by pollutant discharges in Sichuan based on the relation between environmental protection and economy development. The propotion of social investment to total pollution control investment is discussed. |
