摘    要:通风系统可靠性分配是优化矿井通风系统可靠性设计、保障安全生产和日常管理的一项重要指标。在系统可靠性设计过程中 ,如何根据具有一定冗余度的通风系统进行可靠性指标的分配或再分配 ,是现场通风安全技术管理人员面临的一个重要课题。笔者以可靠性工程理论为指导 ,针对矿井通风系统时变、可修的特点 ,分别从基于单元相对易损度、基于单元重要复杂度以及基于单元故障频率角度对矿井通风系统可靠性进行了再分配方法研究 ,并以矿用主通风机系统为实例 ,进行了应用分析和验证。实践证明 ,采用上述分配方法的最终分配结果均接近期望的目标值 ,且满足不低于目标值的要求。该分配方法的研究 ,可为矿井通风系统可靠性优化设计提供一条新的研究思路。

Abstract:The reliability distribution of ventilation system is an important index when optimizing the reliability design of mine ventilation system and insuring production safety and routine management. In the course of system reliability design, how to distribute or redistribute the reliability indexes based on a ventilation system with definite redundancy is an important subject faced by the ventilation and safety personnel in mine. Under the guidance of reliability engineering theory, referring to the repairable characteristic of the mine ventilation system, the reliability of the ventilation system is reassigned based on relative easy-damage degree, important complexity, and relative failure frequency of cells, the result of which is applied and verified with the main mining ventilator as the realistic case. The practice indicates that the finally distributive results are all close to the expected value, and meet with the value not lower than the demand. The research of these distribution methods could provide a new way of thinking for optimized reliability design of the mine ventilation system.
