重大危险源的辨识与控制

危险源控制是安全工作的中心任务。为了有效地控制危险源，首先必须辨识危险源，评价其导致事故的危险性，寻求其控制方法和措施。本大提出了两类危险源的概念，并以某乙烯厂Ｂ罐区为例，探讨两类危险源辨识与控制的基本原则和方法。

ON IDENTIFICATION & CONTROL OF MAJOR HAZARDS

It's a central task of safety work to control hazards. In order to control hazards more effectively, firstly, we must identify hazards, then access the consequence which hazards ledto, and finally look for the ways and measures to restrict it. Take an example of Tank ZoneB in the ethylene plant, this paper sets forth the concept of two types of hazards, makes aninquiry into the basic principles and methods of two types of hazards' identification and control, and verifies inducts the work of identifying and controling the major hazards.
