微生物膜法快速测定水中的BOD

摘    要:利用微生物膜法快速测定水中的BOD,用质控样和标液进行方法准确度和精密度的考察,标准偏差在0.9%~5.2%之间,相对误差≤4.0%,加标回收率为95.5%~103%.与接种稀释法进行对比实验,相对误差在1.5%~10.3%范围内,两种方法测定结果基本一致.

Abstract:BOD in water could be determinated rapidly by means of micro - biofilm. The qualified sample and standard solution were investigated as the way of accuracy and precision. The standard deviation was between 1.5% and 5.2% , the value of relative error was less than 4.0%. Both results showed a good accuracy and precision, the recovery, rate of standard sample was between 95.5% and 103%. Through comparison between the biofilm and standard method, the value of relative error was between 1.5% and 10.3% , which indicated that there is no obvious difference between these two methods. It was concluded that the method showed low a detection limit, a high sensitivity and a simple and rapid properties.
