| 摘 要： | 安全文化建设在保证企业安全生产经营中起着重要的作用。电力是国民经济的基础，为了对供电企业安全文化建设有更加全面的认识和评估，促进企业安全生产，结合供电企业安全文化特点，建立了符合供电企业实际的全面客观的安全文化评价指标，并且利用主成分分析法和BP神经网络相结合的数学模型对供电企业安全文化状况进行评价。通过利用EXCEL，SPSS和MATLAB等软件，结合具体实例，可以方便直观的验证方法的有效性和科学性，为督促供电企业加强安全文化建设提供依据。
