病险水库大坝风险预警系统架构初探

摘    要:鉴于目前国内自然灾害频繁发生,煤矿瓦斯爆炸、森林着火和病险水库垮塌等等.给国家和人民造成深重灾难。本文结合计算机科学与技术的发展,初步研究了病险水库大坝风险预警系统的架构,对今后我国病险水库的大坝安全预警系统的研制开发,起到了外创性的作用。
