| 摘 要： | 鉴于目前国内自然灾害频繁发生，煤矿瓦斯爆炸、森林着火和病险水库垮塌等等．给国家和人民造成深重灾难。本文结合计算机科学与技术的发展，初步研究了病险水库大坝风险预警系统的架构，对今后我国病险水库的大坝安全预警系统的研制开发，起到了外创性的作用。
