| Abstract: | It is the base of implementing the western development to advance western ecological environmental protection with the view of scientific development.This paper which is on the basis of analyzing the western denelopment and the view of scientific development,combining the current situation of western ecological environment,has probed into the meanings and countermeasures about environmental protecetion which should be taken in the western development. |
