硫酸生产中污染物的综合治理研究

摘    要: 采用硫铁矿焙烧废渣制取纯度95%以上的硫酸亚铁,并利用硫酸亚铁净化低浓度二氧化硫制酸尾气和高砷烟气洗涤废水,结果表明,处理后的制酸尾气中SO2含量低于500ppm,且含有硫酸亚铁的吸收液中硫酸浓度达10%~20%;处理后的含砷废水,砷含量低于0.5mg/L;用此综合治理方法可得多种副产品,为企业创造一定的经济效益;为以硫铁矿为原料的硫酸厂综合治理生产中的污染物提供了可行的途径。

Abstract:In order to treat the waste slag, waste gas and wastewater of sulfuric acid plant, the waste iron slag is at first used to make ferrous sulfate of more than 95% purity. And then, ferrous sulfate is utilized to purify the tail gas containing sulfur dioxide of low concentration and treat the wastewater containing arsenic of high concentration. The results of experimental research indicate that sulfur dioxide can be removed from the tail gas by absorption solution containing ferrous sulfate. The concentration of sulfur dioxide in the effiuent gas is lower than 500 ppm and the solution containing 10%-20% sulfuric acid can be obtained. When the wastewater containing arsenic is treated with ferrous sulfate, the concentration of arsenic in the effluent water is lower than 0. 5mg/L. Thus, the overall purpose of treating waste by using waste-and eliminating pollutants from the inside of sulfuric acid plant. can be achieved. When the pollutants in the process of sulfuric acid production are comprehensively treated with this method, some byproducts can be obtained, which can result in some economic benefits for the sulfuric acid plant. This new comprehensive treatment method is feasible technologically and is quite appropriate for the sulfuric acid plant which uses sulfurous iron ore as raw material.
