徐州万寨港夏季浮游动物群落结构及水质评价

摘    要:对徐州京杭大运河万寨港夏季浮游动物群落结构特征、种类组成、物种多样性进行了研究,并对其水质进行了评价。研究结果表明:浮游动物涉及3门21属27种。浮游动物中原生动物7属8种,占29.6%;轮虫类7属9种,占33.3%;枝角类4属6种,占22.2%;桡足类3属4种,占14.8%。优势种主要有绿眼虫(Eutreptia viridis)、旋轮虫(Philodina sp.)、裂痕龟纹轮虫(Anuraeopsis fissa)、长额象鼻溞(Bosmina longirostris)、短尾秀体溞(Diaphanosoma brachyurum)和长肢秀体溞(D.leuchtenbergianum)。对水质评价结果表明,生物监测技术方法简单直观,与化学监测的结果基本一致。监测结果显示万寨港水域属于轻至中度污染。

Abstract:The investigation of zooplankton community in the Wanzhai harbor had been carried out in summer and the water quality of was evaluated.27 species of zooplankton were found,including 8 species of protozoa(29.6%), 9 species of rotifera(33.3%), 6 species of cladocera(22.2%) and 4 species of copepoda(14.8%).The dominant species were Eutreptia viridis, Philodina sp., Anuraeopsis fissa, Bosmina longirostris, Diaphanosoma brachyurum and D.leuchtenbergianum.Evaluation result indicated that biological monitoring technical method was feasible and simple audio-visual, and was basically coincident with the chemical monitoring result.The water quality of Wanzhai harbor was subjected to light-medium pollution.
