摘    要:建立了毛细管柱气相色谱法测定海水中的多氯联苯的方法.将海水经萃取、过柱、浓缩等预处理后,电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定.回收率范围是84.1%~101.5%,相对标准偏差《4.8%.本方法具有灵敏、快速、简便等特点,能满足海水中多氯联苯的监测要求.

Abstract:A capillary gas chromatographic method with an electron capture dector(ECD) for the detection of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in seawater was developed.It was done with liquid-liquid extract,basic decomposition,silica gel cleanup,concentration,etc to treat the samples,identified and quantified the PCBs with GC-ECD.The recoveries of the PCBs were between 84.1% and 101.5%.The relative standard deviations were less than 4.8%.The method presented the advantages of high precision,high sensitivity and high recovery.The method can be used to analyze PCBs in seawater.
