刨花板热解及燃烧特性热重模拟实验研究

摘    要:对刨花板的变工况热解行为进行了热重分析和差热分析研究。将试样分别加热到一定温度做空气变氮气热重试验,模拟实际火场中由富氧到缺氧的状态;在试样加热过程中,在不同的温度点由空气转变为氮气,经过一段时间的升温后,再由氮气转变为空气,模拟火场中的回燃情况。通过结果分析,深入研究了环境气氛变化对试样热解的影响。用一级的动力学模型进行了模拟,给出了热解主反应阶段的动力学参数。

Abstract:TG and DTG experiments were carried out to study the pyrolysis kinetic behavior of the particleboard in various conditions. The atmosphere was changed from air to nitrogen when the sample was heated to a certain temperature. The aims of these experiments were to simulate the eases of local poor oxygen caused by fire and rich oxygen caused by the fresh air-flow. The atmosphere changed from air to nitrogen in the process of heating, and after a period of heating it changed back to air, to simulate the backdraft phenomena. Through the experiments, the effects of atmosphere on the pyrolysis characteristics were understood. Based on the "First Order Kinetic Model", the apparent activation energy and frequency factor of the samples in main reactive phase were obtained.
