| 摘 要： | 我国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一.发挥科技进步的支撑作用,提高防灾减灾的综合能力是保障我国经济持续快速发展,构建和谐社会的必然选择.通过对国内外防灾减灾科技应用与建设的现状和成功经验的分析,找出了我国在这方面存在的主要问题,提出了增强我国防灾减灾科技支撑的对策建议.

| Abstract: | China is one of the countries with the heaviest natural disasters in the world. To enhance the comprehensive capability of disaster prevention and reduction by means of scientific and technical progress has become certain choice to ensure the development of economy and the construction of a harmonious society. In this paper, we introduce the current status and successful experience of disaster prevention and reduction at home and abroad and discuss the main problems about it in China. Furthermore, we finally bring forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the scientific and technical supports of enhancing the comprehensive capability of disaster prevention and reduction. |
