摘 要: | 本文指出再生资源的开发利用对动物饲料的重要性。江苏省张家港市饲用蛋白质近年短缺8300t,预计2000年将短缺12000t,均需由外地供应.但是,每年从食品发酵工业的废渣(液)中排出的蛋白质达17000t,”根据调查研究和专家论证,上述度糟液可生产各类饲料酵母共32800t,折蛋白质16150t。因此,该市在2000年蛋白质饲料将能自给有余。

Abstract: | This artical indicated that it is an mportant to develop and utilize the renew resource for animal feed inZhangjiagang city Of Jiangsu Province. At present,this city is lack of protein for animal fed about 8300 ton a year,1200 ton in 2000. But now 17000 ton a year protien was drainde from the spent grain solid a* liquor of the face fermentation industry. According to the investigation and exPOrts confirmation,the preceding stuff can be used to produce SCP on different type fodder yeast of total 32800 ton(equal protein Of 16150 ton). therefore the city will achieveself-sufficiency utill 2000 year. |
