渤海中部海域生物体内多氯联苯污染状况与风险评价

摘    要:2013年和2014年,对渤海中部14个站位进行海洋生物采集,采集的样品共119个,主要品种是鱼类、甲壳类和头足类。利用气相色谱-电子捕获监测器(GC-ECD)测定样品体内7种指示性多氯联苯(PCBs)含量,对其残留水平及污染程度进行分析。结果表明,2013年采集的鱼类、甲壳类、头足类体内7种指示性PCBs检出率分别为58.80%、55.56%、33.33%,含量范围分别为ND~10.60 ×10-9、ND~9.75 ×10-9、ND~3.32 ×10-9;2014年采集的鱼类、甲壳类、头足类体内7种指示性PCBs含量检出率分别为44.90%、23.08%、50.00%,含量范围分别为ND~3.80 ×10-9、ND~3.12 ×10-9、ND~1.32 ×10-9。按单因子污染指数法对研究海域生物体进行污染状况评价,2013年生物样品PCBs的污染指数范围在0~0.106之间,2014年在0~0.038之间。综上所述,本研究共检测的样品体内7种PCBs总含量均符合海洋生物质量污染评价标准值,该海域生物PCBs含量处于较低水平。

Abstract:Marine organisms were collected from 14 stations in the central area of Bohai Sea in 2013 and 2014.The number of samples was 119, including fishes, crustaceans and cephalopods.The contents of 7 specified polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) were determined by gas chromatography and electron capture detector (GC-ECD) to analyze their residue levels and pollution levels.The results indicated that, in 2013, the detection rates of the 7 specified polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in fishes, crustaceans and cephalopodswere were 58.80%, 55.56% and 33.33%, respectively.The ranges were ND~10.60×10-9, ND~9.75×10-9, and ND~3.32×10-9, respectively.In 2014, the detection rates of the 7 specified polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in fishes, crustaceans and cephalopodswere were 44.90%, 23.08% and 50.00%, respectively.The ranges were ND~3.80×10-9, ND~3.12×10-9, ND~1.32×10-9, respectively.Single factor pollution index method was used to assess the pollution situations of marine organisms in the central area of Bohai Sea.In 2013, the pollution indexes of PCBs in the organism samples ranged from 0 to 0.106. In 2014, the pollution indexes of PCBs in the organism samples ranged from 0 to 0.038.Above all, 7 specified polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are meet the the Marine biological quality.The PCBs content is relatively low in the central area of Bohai Sea.
