| Abstract: | In order to improve QHSE management levels of urban sewage treatment industries as soon as possible,QHSE appraisal index system was constructed with the operational characteristics of an enterprise.By analyzing the feedback relations of key influencing factors the continued cycle evaluating steps were established.Then Analytical Network Process and Grey Theory were used to achieve integration measurement and evaluation.Furthermore,the methods were validated into actual cases,which provided theory models and technology reference of QHSE evaluation for urban sewage enterprises. |
