论本质安全

考查“本质安全”一词的出处 ;介绍了几种“本质安全”的论述 ;讨论了“以人为本”和“人本管理”与本质安全 ;从政治和哲学的高度 ,论述了政治、现象与本质的内涵与关系 ;探讨了美国及发达国家是否有“本质安全”;分析了现代资本家重视职业安全卫生的实质。笔者对以上问题阐明了自已的观点 ,并对一些提法给以评述。

On Essential Safety

The source of “essential safety” is textually researched. Some expositions on “essential safety” are introduced. “Human the essence”, “human essential management”, and “essential safety” are discussed. From the point of view of political science and philosophy, the connotation and association of politics, phenomenon and essence are expounded. The question, do the U.S. and developed countries have essential safety, is expounded. The substantial points, why modern capitalists put emphasis on occupational safety and health, are analyzed. Author's viewpoint on the questions mentioned above are set forth, of which commentaries for some formulations are put forward.
