电解锰废渣综合利用研究进展

摘    要:电解锰废渣是电解金属锰生产过程中产生的过滤酸渣,其中含有大量有害物质.随着电解锰行业的快速发展,产生的大量电解锰废渣引发了严重的环境问题,对其的处理处置已成为电解锰行业和环保领域的研究热点. 在对电解锰废渣特性整理和分析的基础上,对国内外处理方法和资源化综合利用(如有价金属回收、制造建材制品、农业混配肥及铺路材料等)的现状进行了总结和回顾,分析了各种资源化方法的优缺点、应用前提和研究进展.针对资源化利用的现实问题,提出了电解锰废渣资源化利用必须遵循的原则:利用成本低、市场需求大或者产品附加值高等.最后指出用电解锰废渣作筑路材料或建材原料的研究方向.

Abstract:Electrolytic manganese slag, a kind of filtered acid residue produced in the process of electrolytic manganese production, contains large amounts of hazardous substances. The rapid development of the electrolytic manganese industry has produced a large number of manganese slags, which have caused serious environmental problems. The treatment and disposal of electrolytic manganese slag has become a research hotspot in the fields of electrolytic manganese production and environmental protection. Based on the analysis of manganese slag characteristics, the present study summarized the current domestic and international situation regarding the comprehensive utilization of electrolytic manganese slag. The main applications of manganese slag were discussed as follows: recovering valuable metal, building material products, and agriculture and road materials. The pros and cons, applied prerequisites and research advances of each utilization method of manganese slag were discussed and analyzed. According to paractical problems for cyclic utilization of manganese slag, the following principles were proposed for utilization study on electrolytic manganese slag: low cost, large market demands and high added value. In addition, the future research directions of electrolytic manganese slag as road or construction materials were pointed out.
