| Abstract: | This paper discusses the progress of environmental economics in China and forecasts the theoretical and practical issues that may rise in the new period for environmental economics. In the new age,environmental economics needs to focus on the positive analyses for social interest structure and equilibrium which are shown in the form of environmental problems, and to make a theoretical support for the macro-economic policy reform and micro-environmental management that meet the demand of sustainable development. |
