| 摘 要： | 呼和浩特市是典型的煤烟型大气污染城市，从历史经验和其他地区实践看，根本解决呼市大气污染，关键要靠城市的现代化建设和能源结构的调整。本文针对呼和浩特市大气污染现状和能源利用特征提出了几种能源结构调整组合方案，并从技术可行性、经济可行性、环境效果和时效等方面进行综合分析。比较排序、给出优化方案的实施建议。

| Abstract: | Huhhot is a smoke-type city with heavy air pollution, based on the historical experiences and practises from other area, the principal way to resolve the air pollution of Huhhot depends on city modernization construction and adjustment of energy structure.According to the situation of air pollution and the characteristics of energy utilization in Huhhot, it puts forward some programs for optimum energy structure,and through analyzed and compared , including technological feasibility ,economical possibility, enviromnental benefits and results, the optimum program of energy structure are proposed . |
