摘    要:本文系统研究了城乡结合部饮用水水源区的社会经济发展、污染成因、平原感潮河网水文及水质规律,以及污染治理技术和水环境管理。在此基础上进行综合考察与分析,并采用系统工程方法,通过计算机模拟,形成从数据采集到控制对策的实用技术系统。同时建立了以满足一定环境约束、取得最高生态环境效益的有3个层次共7个子模型构成的水环境管理模型,从理论和应用两方面解决经济发展与环境保护结合的问题。

Abstract:In this paper,many aspects in drinking watersource region,at outskirts of large city,has been studied sys-tematically,suca as the socio-economic development situa-tion,pollution origin ,water quality and hydrologic condition within tidal river network,techniques for pollution treatment,water environment management and so on .On the basis ofthese a comprehensive survey and analysis was made,the ad-vanced computer software and systematic engineering ap-proach were adopted, and the management model for waterenvironment was established. which should meet the demands of given environmental conditions,reach the goal of obtaining the maximum ecological environment benefit.The manege-ment model consists of seven systematic sub-models provides a practical technical system from data collection to controllingcountermeasure,This study resolved the problem of how toharmonize economy development and environmental protec-tion, from the aspects of theory and practice.
