摘    要:一株链球菌属(Streptococcus.np)的耐盐菌株经紫外诱变处理后,与原始菌株相比,筛选出的正突变菌株对采油废水中的石油类去除率增加了13%,COD去除率增加了17%。混合菌对废水中石油类的降解能力可达到59.5%,对COD的去除率可达到65.7%,对芳香烃类的去除率达49.2%,均高于单一菌株的最大去除率,且在降解初期没有明显的延滞期。

Abstract:Through a physical mutagenesis process,COD removal rate of some bacteria(Streptococcus.np)increase by 17%, and the petroleum hydrocarbon removal rate increase by 13% . The mixed bacterium has a higher petroleum hydrocarbon removal rate of 59.5%,and has a COD removal rate of 65.7%. The bacterium has a removal rate to aryl-hydrocarbon at 41. 32% without delay period.
