| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the distribution characteristics, the management siructure and economic benefits of town and township enterprises in Jianling county, paper put forward the limit factors and evaluation model of mangaement efficency, and pointed out the developing directions and the ways which turns the resource advantages into product advantages. |
