摘    要:通过对国内典型铬渣处理的项目进行分析,并结合某铬渣污染治理工程实例,从反应机理、解毒工艺、工艺适应性、资源回收利用、设备选型、处理规模、场址选择、污染控制及安全生产和经济性方面对铬渣湿法解毒和干法解毒技术在实际应用中的选择进行对比,为该项目提出了更适合的解毒技术。

Abstract:Bymakinganalysisontypicalchromeresiduetreatmentprojectinthecountryandbycombiningtheengineering example of a certain chrome residue pollution treatment,the paper makes a comparison between the wet process of detoxification and dry process of detoxification technology of chrome residue in the choice of actual application so as to bring forward the most compatible detoxification technology for the project from the fields of reaction mechanism,detoxification technology,technology adaptability,resource recycling,equipment model selection,treatment scale,site selection,pollution control,safety production and economy.
