2005年9-10月国内安全事故统计分析

统计了2005年9-10月国内发生的各种安全事故573起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占55.32%,平均每天5.2起事故,其次是交通事故(33.86%)、其他事故(4.89%)、爆炸事故(2.62%)、毒物泄露和中毒(1.75%)、火灾(1.57%).573起事故共死亡1 610人,伤1 054人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故47.58%、矿业事故37.33%、其他事故5.84%、爆炸事故4.04%、泄露中毒2.67%、火灾2.55%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故69.92%、其他事故11.86%、矿业事故8.63%、爆炸事故6.74%、泄露中毒1.42%、火灾1.42%.

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from September to October in 2005

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from September to October in 2005.There are 573 accidents in total,which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry,traffic,explosion,leakage and poisoning,fire,and the others.Of all the 573 accidents,the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 55.32%,33.86%,2.62%,1.75%,1.57%,and 4.89% respectively.The total casualty is 1 610 and the percentages for the six categories are 37.33%,47.58%,4.04%,2.67%,2.55%,and 5.84% respectively.The number of the wounded is 1 054 and the percentages for the six categories are 8.63%,69.92%,6.74%,1.42%,1.42%,and 11.86% respectively.The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(84 accidents),Chongqing(59),Hunan(44),Guizhou(40),Shaanxi(38),Heilongjiang(30),Anhui(28),Jilin(26),Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(25),and Fujian(25).The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Sichuan(188 dead),Guizhou(146), Shaanxi(112),Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(109),Chongqing(105),Hunan(90),Anhui(74),Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(73),Yunnan(68),and Gansu(61).And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Sichuan(123 wounded),Chongqing(103),Guizhou(95),Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(68),Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(64),Gansu(52),Hubei(51),Guangdong(48),Shaanxi(45),and Zhejiang(40).
