摘    要:针对某750 kV变电站由于机械振动导致高压隔离开关误动作的问题,通过对寄生回路排查、接触器安装工艺及选型等方面进行具体分析,提出了避免高压隔离开关误动作的有效改进措施。应用结果表明:改进后高压隔离开关运行环境更为稳定,有效地降低了分合闸接触器由于机械振动导致误动作的可能性,为后续变电站高压隔离开关设计制造、安装和运维等方面提供宝贵经验。

Abstract:Aiming at the misoperation problem of high voltage isolation switch in a 750 kV substa-tion , the reasons were concretely analyzed such as the inspection of parasitic circuit, the installationprocess and selection of the contactors. The effective improvement measures were brought forward toavoid misoperation of high voltage isolation switch. The application result shows that the improvedhigh voltage isolation switch running is more stable, the possibility of the misoperation of open andclose contactor caused by mechanical vibration is effectively reduced , which provide valuable experi-ence of the design and manufacture , installation and operation for the high voltage isolation switch inthe follow-up substation.
