摘    要:针对传统的电能表换装业务流程由于环节多、信息化水平不高等问题,现场无法一次性解决表计故障问题,不能满足供电企业进一步提升优质服务、加快智能化建设的要求,提出了基于移动作业终端的“一键式”换表业务。该业务实现了现场一次性解决客户表计故障问题,在提升工作效率、工作质量和服务能力,降低企业运维成本方面较传统的换表方式有着突出的优势。

Abstract:In the light of the traditional watt-hour meter''s change and installation with many linksand less high information level, the watt-hour meter failures cannot be solved at once on the site,which cannot meet the demands of further upgrading the good service , quickening intellectualizationconstruction for the power supply enterprises. One key type meter changes based on the mobile opera-tion terminal was presented. The operation can solve the problem of the meter failure at one time onthe site. Comparing with the traditional ways of meter change, the new way has outstanding advanta-ges as the improvement of the work efficiency, work quality and service ability, as well as reducingthe operation and maintenance cost of the enterprises.
