智能车锁太阳能充电控制器的研究与设计

摘    要:为了解决共享单车智能车锁充电难的问题,通过分析太阳能充电方式,在Proteus 中搭建了硬件电路图并编译出调控单片机的程序,设计出一种太阳能充电控制器。此控制器可以实时显示蓄电池的电压大小,专门设计的过压保护电路可以有效防止过度充电的发生。实验表明:此系统具有良好的可控性和可靠性,可以有效提高电池的使用效率和太阳能电池板的输出功率,系统运行稳定,控制性能良好。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty in charging smart bicycle locks for bicycle sharing, by theanalysis of solar charging ways, a hardware circuit diagram was set up in Proteus and the program ofcontrolling single chip microcomputer was compiled. A solar charging controller was designed. Thiscontroller can display the voltage of the battery in real time. The specially designed overvoltage pro-tection circuit can effectively prevent the occurrence of overcharge. The experimental results show thatthis system has good controllability and reliability , which can effectively improve the battery efficiencyand the output power of the solar panel, the system runs stably, and the control performance is good.
