摘    要:复合型甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)水溶液对烟气SO2具有良好的吸收性,其废液再生循环利用技术的研究进一步完善了烟气脱硫设备节能减排之需。实验采用聚丙烯中空纤维疏水膜组件为再生器,用真空膜蒸馏法再生吸收了SO2的MDEA富液,着重研究了废液温度变化对其再生率和蒸馏通量的影响,用气相色谱法测得废液在各实验温度下的再生色谱图,从而确定了废液的最佳再生温度为70℃,此时再生率可达98%。

Abstract:Flue gas desulfurization using compound methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) aqueous solution has a high absorption efficiency,and the research on waste solution regeneration technology has improved it to meet the "energy conservation and emission reduction" plan in China.Using PP hollow fiber membrane contactor as regenerator,vacuum membrane distillation (VMD)methods regenerate waste MDEA aqueous solution that can absorb SO2 from flue gas.It is studyied the effect of change in solution temperature on its regeneration efficiency and the distillation flux.From the chromatograms it is known that the best temperature for regenerting waste solution by VMD is 70 ℃,and the regeneration efficiency can be up to 98% at this experimental conditions.
