| 摘 要： | 从理论和实践的角度阐明增加环境投入，加大环境保护基础设施建设投资不会阻碍经济发展，相反会刺激经济妄动和拉动经济增长。环境保护基础设施投资对经济增长的拉动表现主要在对市场的牵动，对结构的优化，对就业的吸纳，对可持续发展的推动等方面。

| Abstract: | It expounded that the environmentally capital construction investment growth and environmental input growth would not impede the economic development, on the contrary, they could stimulate the start of economy and pull the economic growth. The drawing of environmentally capital investment to economic growth was those,such as the pull of market,the perfection of economic structure,the recruitment of employment,and the pull of sustainable development. |
